Anthony June. Like the creative.
I am a designer born and raised in Houston, Texas. My career spans as a graphic designer, marketing manager, and creative director for companies and non-profits such including the Houston Chronicle, KPMG, Trimble, MHP Salud, as well as extensively providing creative for projects of all sizes for several clients as an independent designer.
From as early as elementary school, I enjoyed drawing logos of my friends' names and my favorite bands. It was when I was in junior high that my grandmother was the first to suggest a career as a designer. Her advice always stuck with me, and I've always felt that I have a natural eye and sensibility as a creative, as art and design feel second nature to me.
I completed degrees from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design, and Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art (and don't fret horn-downers, my Dad was an Aggie!). In addition to my career as a designer, I also have experience as an art teacher in public schools and giving private lessons.
Beyond design, I'm blessed to be a doting family man and love playing on my guitar (a metalhead shredder with some classical training) or recording music.
